Since 2005, IT Smart Solutions has been providing IT support to Sydney based organisations. Created with the goal of bringing enterprise level support to small businesses, the IT Smart Solutions team work in partnership with their customers to achieve growth goals.
2. The Challenge
As a small business themselves, IT Smart Solutions did not have a dedicated marketing resource. Instead, Owner and CEO, Steve Ranson, undertook ad hoc marketing activity when it was deemed necessary and only if time allowed.
