Established in 2008 by Travis Carter, Retrac is a cloud services business based in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs and servicing clients throughout Melbourne, regional Victoria and all over Australia. Retrac has developed its own network and Internet service, and even its own data centre, for customer use.
While Retrac was growing and developing, and evolving into a cloud service provider, their branding wasn’t following suit.
“We had a crappy old website,” says Travis. “And we had no way of showing prospective customers how good we were before they met us. We needed to build up our products more professionally and communicate better with potential and existing customers.”
Another issue with Retrac’s website was that customers looking for information could only find a long, confusing list of different products, with different pricing.
Mogrify came as a recommendation from one of Retrac’s technology partners. When Retrac approached Mogrify for help with their marketing, all they had was a basic website. Within 12 months, they’d turned around their branding and become content kings.

A renewed social media presence, overhauling the Social Media profiles of both Retrac and Travis.
A unique B2B social media content plan using Mogrify’s ‘Social Media Activator’. The plan supported the new assets with monthly curated and produced content to build awareness.
Content assets to provide some much-needed sales support, including a brochure presenting their new products, case studies, and blog articles.
